Terms of service

1. General provisions

This document constitutes an agreement between the User and Genio System LLC (code: 400330628) (hereinafter referred to as “Genio Builds”). By using the website, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Products and prices

Genio Builds sells only original LEGO products.

The administration reserves the right to change the price of products or cancel the sale of a specific model at any time without prior notice.

3. Order and payment

When placing an order, the User is obliged to indicate accurate contact details.

Payment is made by bank card (Visa/Mastercard)/Apple Pay/ Google Pay

The order is considered accepted only after successful completion of payment.

4. Delivery terms

Delivery is carried out in Tbilisi and regions of Georgia.

Tbilisi: Orders placed before 17:00 are delivered on the same day, after 17:00 the next day. Orders placed on weekends are delivered on Monday by 12:00 (Wolt/Glovo or personal courier), Regions: 3-5 business days (Georgian Post)

The cost of the delivery service is added to the product price and is reflected on the payment page (Checkout).

5. Limitation of liability Genio Builds is not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure circumstances or third-party (courier company) delays.

6. Protection of personal data Your data (name, phone, address) is used only for the purpose of fulfilling the order and will not be transferred to third parties, except for cases provided for by law.

7. Governing law These terms and conditions are governed by the current legislation of Georgia. Any disputes will be considered by the courts of Georgia.
