1. Right of Return In accordance with the current legislation of Georgia, the consumer has the right to return the purchased product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without specifying any reasons.

2. Return conditions The product can be returned only if:

The product is in its original condition;

The LEGO box is unopened, sealed and undamaged;

All factory labels and accompanying documentation are preserved.

Note: In case of opened or damaged packaging, the product is not subject to return.

4. Shipping Costs

The shipping cost of returning the item is covered by the customer.

If the return is due to a damaged or unsuitable (incorrectly shipped) item, the shipping cost will be reimbursed by Genio Builds.

5. Refunds Within 2-5 business days of receiving the item and checking its condition, the amount will be refunded to the same bank account/card with which the payment was made.
