Return Terms

Our goal is your satisfaction. According to Georgian legislation and GenioBuilds' internal regulations, purchased products can be returned/exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Required return terms:

The product must be unopened. Based on LEGO's specifics, if the factory seal (seal) is damaged or the box is opened, the product will not be returned, as it loses its value.

The box must not have visual damage (bent, wet, torn).

A receipt must be presented.

The amount will be refunded to the same bank account within 3 business days after the item has been inspected.
